We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Amercian Express. If you do not already have a credit account you may place a phone order at 800.225.4641 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard time).
Order Processing Policy
Your order will be processed the same business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:00 pm. All orders received after 12:00 pm on a weekday are processed the following weekday.
Some orders may take longer than one day to process, given both internal and external factors. If you are concerned about your order arriving by a certain date, please contact us.
Shipping Policy
•All shipments outside of our local delivery area will be delivered via UPS. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Chemicals cannot be shipped outside of our local delivery area.
• If we shipped your order standard ground from our warehouse, you can expect your order to arrive within five business days, beginning with the first business day after your order was shipped. However, delivery times may vary due to UPS Ground conditions in your area.
• In rare cases, UPS may lose or damage a package. If you receive a package that is damaged, notify the delivery driver immediately and have them note the damage. Please notify us as soon as this happens.
• If you have questions regarding the delivery area feel free to call us.
• If you placed an order for two day express shipment, you can expect it in two business days, beginning with the first business day after your order was shipped.
Cancellation Process
Because we start processing your order immediately you may cancel your order only prior to 1:00 pm the same business day that your order was placed. Please contact customer service at 800.225.4641.
Deliveries
Advantages In Marketing delivers on our own trucks and tractor trailors to the states listed below. All other locations will be delivered through UPS. We ship Monday through Friday.
